Consumer Information Guide

The Bereavement Authority of Ontario (BAO) is responsible for the regulation of funeral, burial and cremation services under the Funeral, Burial, and Cremation Services Act, 2002 in Ontario. To help consumers know their rights before entering into contracts with an organization that is licensed under the FBCS Act they have put together the Consumer Information Guide to Funerals, Burials and Cremation Services. A copy below is available for download or available free in print at the Cemetery Office.
